Inculcate  (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Math Practice Worksheets mobile application (the “Service”).

Inculcate  respects its users privacy and is committed to protecting the privacy of the users of the Math Practice Worksheets mobile application in accordance with the applicable data protection rules.

You are informed that Inculcate  is based in Karachi, Pakistan and all the development and support is provided from HO located in karachi.

While using our Math Practice Worksheets app, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

We collect the above mentioned data when users opt to subscribe to different packages or unlock practices of advanced grades of the Math Practice Worksheets app both on iOS platform. We may also collect personal data to offer the following services. 

  • Monitor user grade wise progress and accessibility 

  • Backup and synchronize practice papers 

  • Receive promotions 

Following information will be collected along with the above mentioned details if the user opts for the paid subscription of Math Practice Worksheets.

  • Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City

Usage Data

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data (“Usage Data”).

Information relating to your device and the App settings

We also receive, store and process information, including personal data, when you access or use the App, including but not limited to:

  • application specific information relating to the App for example the application version number, activity on the App, the date you installed the App onto your device and the date you last used the App.

Additionally, the App makes use of third party libraries, SDKs, APIs and software (as set out in the Acknowledgement pages from time to time) which may also collect additional information. 

Purposes for which Inculcate  collects, uses and/or discloses the information

Inculcate may use the collected personal data for the following purposes:

To execute the contractual relationship with the user and in order to provide services to the user, in particular:

  • Enabling the access of the user to the app, administer the app and services related to it. 

  • To manage your relationship with Inculcate including informing or updating you about changes to the App and/or Services and dealing with or responding to any enquiries given by (or purported to be given by) you or on your behalf;

  • To enable carrier billing or billing via Apple App Store 

 

In order to pursue our legitimate interests consisting in improving our App by doing researches and analysis, in the personalization of the App and the advertising displayed on the App, and in sending our customer base with news and updates to inform them on our activities, which are:

  • To maintain and administer any software updates and/or other updates and support that may be required from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the App and Services;

  • To tailor your experience through the Services by displaying content according to your interests and preferences;

  • To provide targeted marketing and advertisements via the App;

  • To conduct research, analysis and development activities (including, but not limited to, data analytics, surveys, product and service development and/or profiling), to monitor and analyse how you use the App and Services, to improve the App and Services and/or to enhance your user experience.
